This policy explains what information is collected when you use the Enosh Photography (Enosh Cohen) website or contact me, and what is done with it. It was written in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
Only to reply to you, arrange and carry out the shoot, and send you the photos. I don’t sell the information, use it for advertising or pass it to others, unless the law requires it.
All of the site’s files, including the fonts, load from the site itself, with no third-party scripts, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. WhatsApp conversations and the links to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook go through the services of Meta and TikTok, under their privacy policies.
The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Only one marker is stored in your browser, which stops the WhatsApp message from popping up again during the same visit; it is deleted when you close the browser.
The photos on the site were published with the consent of the people in them, and for minors with their parents’ consent. Appear on the site and want a photo removed? Message me on WhatsApp and it will be removed promptly, no questions asked.
By law, you may ask to review the information kept about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can contact me on WhatsApp.
I protect the information with reasonable measures and delete it once it is no longer needed for the service or for a legal obligation.
This policy may be updated. The current version always appears here, with the date of the update.

Use of the Enosh Photography (Enosh Cohen) website is subject to these terms.
All the photos, the logo, the texts and the design on the site are protected under the Israeli Copyright Act, 5768-2007. The rights belong to Enosh Cohen or to the rights holders in the photos. Copying, downloading, reproducing, editing, publishing, distributing or using them for any purpose, including commercial use and training artificial intelligence systems, is prohibited without prior written permission. Sharing a link to the site is allowed, and welcome.
The people in the photos were photographed and published with their consent, and for minors with their parents’ consent. Using their likeness for any purpose is prohibited. Removal requests are handled promptly on WhatsApp.
The site is a portfolio and does not constitute a binding offer. The terms of each shoot, including price, dates, scope, delivery and usage rights, are agreed in advance and in writing with each client.
The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Responsibility for the content, availability and privacy of these services lies with their operators.
The site is provided as is. I make an effort to keep it available and working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for damage caused by using the site or by being unable to use it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
